The construction of the newest addition to the TripleO Campus is in full swing. At the beginning of April the construction of our new building started: Merkhuis. By now the ground floor and first floor are already visible. The next floors will soon follow. In total, the building will be four floors high. The first window frames have already been placed on the ground floor. Additionally, the floor layout is already becoming visible, with the central core as the heart of the building.
The lettable spaces are flexible, which means that every tenant can roll out their own creative concept. In addition, there will be communal meeting facilities and a central meeting area on the ground floor, to stimulate the local ecosystem.
