This can take the form of either new build or the purchase/renovation of existing buildings.

Property manager

Every building falls under the management of Kadans Science Partner. Our property manager is already involved during the building or renovation process and is familiar with the specific wishes and requirements of the tenant(s).

Kadans also has its own maintenance organisation, which ensures a prompt response to questions and malfunction reports. Backed by specific knowledge of, e.g., laboratories, we can offer the extra service and support that most other property sectors cannot.
