Kadans Science Partner has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Building BY on the Novio Tech Campus in Nijmegen. Following the purchase, Kadans now owns four buildings on the campus. With this, Kadans shows its confidence in the unique concept of the campus in terms of R&D activities in the Health and High Tech sectors.
Building BY has over 7,500 m2 of laboratory space, clean rooms and office space and will be purchased from the user Ampleon who will lease the building back long-term. Ampleon has a unique focus on high frequency power technology (RF Power) and innovation for, among others, wireless infrastructure for mobile telephony, television and radio, industrial, scientific and medical applications, aerospace and defense, as well as in new markets, such as ovens and microwaves and plasma lighting.
