Kadans Science Partner is delighted to announce the appointment of Edward Joslin, to strengthen its international team as a Senior Development Manager for the UK & Ireland.
Edward joins Kadans from Kennedy Wilson where he was a Senior Development Manager. Edward brings a wealth of construction experience to Kadans with delivery expertise in complex construction projects, from feasibility to completion in a variety of sectors in the UK. Edward has delivered projects for both the public and private sectors from the client as well as developer side.
Within the life science sector, the working environment has developed significantly and is now based on a combination of collaboration and flexible working, whilst also providing key lab space. Sustainability and impact to the environment are key considerations whilst building and managing space for life science tenants. Edward brings his in-depth knowledge of acquisition, building and tenant requirements into the design and construction elements including optimisation of internal work spaces.
