Having completed his business economics studies in the Netherlands (HEAO), Wim embarked on a career with the former family firm Boers Vleeswaren BV. The business was sold to BP Nutrition in 1989. In the late 1980s, he completed a post-graduate evening course in business management (cum laude). In 2004, he also completed his studies as Executive Master of Real Estate (MRE) at the Eindhoven University of Technology. This now forms part of the curriculum at TiasNimbas Business School.
In the early 1990s, Wim began participating in various businesses through his personal holding company. In the years that followed, he joined forces with a business partner to build up the development and investment company Kadans Vastgoed BV. At the time, the company developed largely for its own investment portfolio and by the end of 2010, the balance sheet total amounted to EUR 235 million. In 2010, the Dutch and German development company was taken over and Wim joined forces with seven highly motivated partners and colleagues to form and begin independently operating Kadans Vastgoed.
Wim is the company’s bridge builder, carrying responsibility for:

· Transaction structuring
In terms of CSR, Wim also serves as a member of the supervisory board of Stichting Mariënhoven, a provider of care homes, welfare and healthcare services primarily to elderly people in Vught and surroundings.
· Member of the Supervisory Board of the Mariënstede Foundation; a supplier of care housing, welfare services and care packages in Vught and surroundings.
· Board member of Heijmstichting; a charitable foundation for the elderly in Vught.
· Initiator of De Petrus BV; an association that focuses on preserving the Petrus church (1884), a listed building in Vught.
· Wim is also chairman of the board of the Kadans Foundation.
Dennis van Broekhoven
Dennis is assistant controller at Kadans. His activities include verifying the administration, formulating a variety of reports, supporting the controller and testing internal control measures.
Dennis has completed a master’s degree in Accounting at Tilburg University after which he has gained experience at a medium-sized accounting firm. In 2013, Dennis switched to a business career. He then worked for a developer and manager of real estate.

Rik Creemers graduated in Building Management & Property at the Avans University of Applied Sciences in Tilburg. He currently acts as a commercial manager and provides support in finding solutions to accommodation issues. While Rik is mainly focused on the knowledge-intensive sector, he also gathers and processes information for other high-potential property concepts.
Chiel van Dijen
On completing his Architectural Business Management studies, Chiel joined Kadans, where he set about professionalising the Research Department in 2007. Later he assumed the post of property manager, whose duties entail the development of complex projects and acquisition of companies and organizations in the knowledge intensive sector.
In January 2011 Chiel became a partner in the Kadans Board of Directors. In this capacity, Chiel bears responsibility for acquisition and development of new knowledge-intensive projects and optimization of the Kadans Science Partner portfolio.
Chiel completed his masters’ course at TIAS Business School towards the close of 2014, thus earning the right to use the academic titles MRE and MSc.
Jeroen van Doorn
Jeroen van Doorn advises as Senior Technical Manager / Hard Service Specialist on the topics of property and maintenance of the building and tenant specific installations. He takes into account the optimal balance between costs, quality and risks during the life cycle of the concerning assets. This way, reasoned decisions can be made geared to the vision and the developments of the customer. Sustainability is a critical element.
Jeroen performs analyses and advises on the realization of preventive, corrective and multi-annual maintenance. He also performs (malfunction) analyses to improve the maintenance process, as well taking care of the implementation of innovations of maintenance solutions based on knowledge from the market and input from suppliers. The central subject is recognizing and marking the sustainability potential in the maintenance solutions.
Jeroen van Doorn has studied general operational technology and higher installation technology, after which he worked at various installation and consultancy companies. The last years he mainly worked within knowledge-intensive organizations.
Amelie van Dongen
Amelie van Dongen is Events & Marketing employee at Kadans Science Partner. Her responsibilities includes organizing events ranging from a grand opening of a new building to a successful summer drink for the tenants. The various events she organizes contribute to the innovative ecosystem of Kadans.
In 2016, Amelie successfully graduated from the study International Real Estate and Facility Management in Breda. During her placement abroad in Cape Town she worked at a Convention Center. Here she realized organizing events is what she enjoys as her profession. After two years working as Sales and Events employee at a Golf park, she is switching to Real Estate.
Tom van Elderen
Tom is allround Project Manager at Kadans Science Partner. By developing accommodation he contributes to the growth objectives of Kadans Science Partner. Tom is responsible for the finances, organization and quality of the development of new housing, the tailor made deconstruction of properties and redevelopment of existing real estate.
Tom has a great deal of experience in the role of advisor as well as project leader. He has fulfilled a wide variety of projects. Many of these being properties for utility, education, logistics or offices and generally contain knowledge intensive and technologically complex components.
Lizet Embrechts is Project Manager with Kadans Science Partner. She will take on construction work for current and new tenants as well as leading renovations of acquired assets and new buildings for current tenants.
Lizet has gained extensive experience. She has worked as project leader and supervisor for various large projects including renovations, restorations and new constructions. Projects in its broades sense, from requirements to completion. She has worked for architectural and engineering firms. The projects included educational, commercial and utility buildings.
Liset is hostess/ switchboard operator at Kadans Science Partner.
She completed her studies as a departmental and European secretary at Schoevers. Liset enjoys maintaining personal contact with people. She has worked in several sectors and has now picked up a new challenge in the property market.
Andrea van Gaal
Andrea works at the hospitality desk of the Novio Tech Campus.
Service is of great importance to Andrea. She believes it is important that people feel welcome and at home. She is experienced in retail and has worked as a congress co-ordinator for the medical sector. Andrea has organized various congresses and symposia for medical organizations.
Andrea is the point of contact for users of Building M and Building A. You can find her behind the reception desk in Building M.
Johan van Gerven
Johan is the Manager Business & Acquisition within Kadans and focuses on the knowledge-intensive industry. He will use his extensive knowledge and network to close new deals (acquisition of new objects and redevelopments). Johan reports directly to the management.
Johan has acquired a great deal of experience within the advice and engineering sector. After he completed his degree in mechanical engineering at TU Eindhoven, he worked for organizations involved in the realization of power stations and factories across the world. In 2006, he transferred to GTI/Cofely and from 2010 he worked at Deerns advising Engineers. There he was responsible for an establishment and Business Unit and he played an active role in acquisition within the knowledge-intensive industry.
Theo de Haas
Now entered into service, Theo is been working with Kadans since 2012 developing and designing laboratories, cleanrooms and pilot plants.
With about 35 years of experience in design and consultancy in the field of building, engineering and fit-out of high tech buildings and their technical installations, gained at Royal HaskoningDHV, laboratories know very few secrets from him. He’s been working in different sectors (food, pharmaceutics and life sciences, fine chemicals, electronics and mechanics). For multinationals, small companies, universities and science institutes both in the Netherlands and internationally. Nevertheless, accommodating a new laboratory is an interesting challenge over and over again.
Kadans offers accommodation for knowledge based clients. Like a spider in the web, Theo is in his role of Senior Technical Advisor a strong support for new developments, during construction and for operations of Kadans’ growing portfolio.
Sjoerd is Development Manager for Kadans Science Partner and is responsible for the development of real estate projects. He is involved during the whole property development process.
After studying Urban Development at the University of the Arts Utrecht and working as an urban planner for two years, he switched to property development. The past 15 years, he has worked for various property developers on commercial and social housing, offices, health care and social properties. His focus area was the Randstad and with Kadans Science Partner he continues to work in the area.
Jeff studied biology at Utrecht University, where he graduated in 1983. Subsequently, he was employed by Intervet followed by the Institute for Animal Husbandry and Health ID-Lelystad. Jeff was also involved in the development of the BioScience Park Lelystad and the founding of start-ups in the life sciences field. Between 2001 and 2010, Jeff served as Director Biopartner Center Wageningen BV.
Jeff was appointed Director Kadans Science Partner effective 1 January 2010. He carries responsibility for accommodating knowledge-intensive technological companies and institutes, largely in the food, life sciences, health and high-tech sectors.
Jeff is also active within Startlife (stimulating entrepreneurship) in Wageningen, and serves as chairman of the business association Business and Science Park Wageningen, supervisory director of Rabobank Land van Cuijk and Maasduinen and member of the advisory council of the Bio Science Park Leiden.

Reinoud van den Heuvel
Reinoud is the Commercial Asset Manager and works closely with the commercial managers in a team lead by Chiel van Dijen. He focuses on commercial optimization of the real estate portfolio of Kadans Science Partner.
Reinoud also focuses on marketing and branding of buildings and campuses, complex expansion cases of bigger tenants and the strengthening of the ‘ecosystem’.
Reinoud is a professional in asset management. First, he worked as an appraiser (lastly for Colliers) and subsequently he worked for a couple of mid-sized management organizations (LCG and Mayfield). In 2017, he chose to work as an independent real estate professional, though he decided he wanted to work for a professional real estate organization. Reinoud has extensive knowledge and experience with management of offices, business lots, stores and collective real estate.
Jolanda Enneking is working as Hospitality Employee at Plus Ultra in Wageningen.
Jolanda has gained experience at Wageningen University. Hospitality is her middle name. As hospitality employee, Jolanda is the first point of contact for users of Plus Ultra. You can find her daily behind the reception desk in the atrium.
Sindy van Hooijdonk
Over the first twelve years of her career, Sindy developed into an all-round registered accountant at KPMG. She also developed a taste for real estate during this phase. In this capacity, Sindy became familiar with Kadans as a distinctive player offering more than accommodation solutions. She is driven by focus and dedication.
Sindy opted to exchange this relationship as a client into far closer ties as an employee at Kadans. Within the management of Kadans, Sindy bears responsibility for:

– Risk management and compliance

Jord de Keijzer
Jord is active as employee Report & Finance at Kadans. His activities involve supporting the assistant controller and monitoring the lease agreements.
Jord has successfully completed his studies in Finance & Control at the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen.
Marco Keijzer is Project Manager at Kadans Science Partner.
Marco is a builder in heart and soul. With over 20 years of experience, both on the construction side as well as on the development side, Marco knows all aspects of the building process through and trough. Within Kadans, he is responsible for new development projects; both for the development as well as realization, of which he carries the technical, financial and organizational responibility.
Suzanne van de Kuilen
Suzanne van de Kuilen has completed her studies in Real Estate and Brokery at the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in 2019. During her internship at the investment department of the General Retirment Fund of Curaçao, her interest in real estate investments increased. Suzanne is working for Kadans as Real Estate Employee, supporting various development and project teams.
Before joining Kadans at the end of 2005, Michel applied his background in banking to accumulate years of consultancy experience supervising companies and institutions in relation to investment issues and financing. He then joined an internationally operational accountancy and consultancy organisation (big four) focusing on property issues including strategy consultancy, financial feasibility studies, investment analyses and choice of location consultancy. Within the management of Kadans Science Partner, of which he is a co-owner, Michel Leemhuis bears responsibility for:

· Transaction structuring
· Investor relations
· Participating interests

This quote clearly expresses that as a company you must have the courage to deviate from the beaten track in order to be successful, even under difficult market circumstances. For Kadans, this means exploring opportunities in specific niches of the property market. By combining result orientation, flexibility and creativity, it appears that good results can be achieved despite the currently difficult market circumstances. At least in part, these good results stem from optimal client satisfaction, where offering suitable accommodation places tenants in a position to pursue their ambitions.
Susanne van Leeuwen
Susanne van Leeuwen is executive secretary at Kadans Science Partner. Primarily she is responsible for secretarial tasks in support of the holding’s board of directors.
After her studies at the NHTV, Susanne has fulfilled various functions at both large and small international companies. Here, she has gained vast experience in a supportive role, including as office manager and executive assistant in various sectors. She views taking care of everything as a challenge and her goal is to help her colleagues so they can focus on their core business tasks.
Marco Lippmann is technical property manager for the knowledge-intensive property portfolio of Kadans Science Partner. This concerns the technical management, maintenance and renovation of the building systems at the locations of Wageningen, Nijmegen and Schaijk. Here, knowledge-intensive institutes / companies can, as occupants of an incubator building, share knowledge and progress to the next phase of their development. These buildings offer multifunctional spaces, office, laboratory, cleanroom and production spaces.
Marco studied Advanced Systems Technology, after which he gained valuable work experience with a renowned Dutch systems specialist, where he was mainly responsible for the disciplines of utilities, food and non-food, healthcare and industry.
Martijn van Luijk
Martijn successfully completed his studies in Property & Brokerage at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven. After graduation, Martijn joined Kadans as Researcher. Martijn is currently working on the realization of the growth objectives of Kadans on various science parks in the Netherlands. He is a part of the team that analyzes and assesses investments. In addition, Martijn works on several (re)development projects on or nearby science parks in the Netherlands.
Fellon completed a MBO education for financial administrative assistant. For 9 years she has worked for Bridge Accounting Group.
Her working days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Within the administrative department Fellon is responsible for a number of funds and making payments.
John is the Commercial Manager for the region South within Kadans Science Partner and is responsible for the locations in Breda and Eindhoven. John is the first point of contact for tenants, companies and organizations that are interested in knowledge-intensive accommodation with the shared goal of strenghtening the ecosystem and accelerating innovation.
After his studies in Real Estate & Brokerage at Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Eindhoven, John has gained experience as Real Estate Manager with Mayfield in Eindhoven and as Associate Asset Manager with Chalet Group in Amsterdam.
Hennie Nijrolder is Project Manager with Kadans Science Partner. He is responsible for the development of multi-tenant buildings. Currently, he is working on the Accelerator building in Utrecht.
Hennie has over 30 years of experience in engineering, development and guidance of projects in utilitarian buildings, housing and office buildings. In addition, he is also experienced in the areas of civil, chemistry, logistics and offshore wind. Hennie has worked for design agencies and large nationally operating contractors.
Kimberley van Nuland
Kimberley is Marketing and Communication employee at Kadans Science Partner. Kimberley’s responsibilities include managing the websites and social media, creating content like newsletters, press releases and presentations, and support with assignments and projects.
Kimberley studied at the University of Applied Photography for a year before completing a bachelor degree in Communication Science with honor at Radboud University. During her bachelor’s, Kimberley spend one semester studying abroad at Pitzer College in California, USA. She completed a master’s degree in Persuasive Communication at the University of Amsterdam in January 2018.
In addition to her studies, Kimberley gained plenty of work experience in photography and communication. She worked as a professional photographer and is experienced in creating and managing content for online media as well as traditional media
Mirijam van Oers
Mirijam is secretary/office manager at Kadans Science Partner. Now, after many years, she is just as enthusiastic about her key role. She’s gained many years of experience as an office manager and knows all the ins and outs of the organisation.
Mirijam serves primarily as executive secretary to the boards of Kadans Real Estate and Kadans Science Partner.
Pim van Os
Pim is responsible for the commercial management of the locations in Nijmegen (Novio Tech Campus) and Eindhove (TU/e Business Campus – Kennispoort & House of Robotics). Pim is the first point of contact for tenants, companies and institutions interested in knowledge-intensive accommodation with the main goal to strengthen the ecosystem and the acceleration of innovation.
In addition, Pim focuses on the growth goals of kadans Science Partner at other science parks.
Eric van Overdijk
Eric van Overdijk studied Accountancy & Management Control at Tilburg University and completed a post-master for Register Accountant. After working for one of the big four accounting firms for over 10 years, he started as Financial Controller at Kadans.
He is responsible for the internal control measures and financial reports of Kadans Science Partner as well as the financial reports of various real estate investment funds which are managed by Kadans. In addition, Eric is responsible for the internal control measures and the application of adjustments in the financial report regulations and laws and regulations.
Stefan Reisse is the Asset Manager and works closely with his German colleagues. His focus is on the optimization of the “Campus Jahrhunderthalle”.
He has extensive experience in active asset and letting management. Stefan has over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. During this time, he has worked for Sirius Facilities GmbH and has provided commercial support for various business parks.
Stefan is the contact point for tenants, companies and institutions.
Manon graduated in 2017 at Saxion in Deventer as Bachelor of Business Administration in Facility Management. She completed this study on the Saxxion Hospitality Business School and will start at Kadans Science Partner as Facility coordinator.
Together with the other Facility Coordinators, Manon is responsible for the facility management of the Kadans Science Partner portfolio under the supervision of the Facility Manager.
After completing her education on Facility Management at Academie Diedenoort, Janneke completed the 2-year master’s degree Business Communication at Radboud University. Following her studies, Janneke worked as facility coordinator at Rabobank in Oss and Druten and at Mead Johnson Nutrition in Nijmegen (one of the biggest producers of infant nutrition in the world).
Janneke is responsible for the facility management of the Kadans Science Partner portfolio.
Joost van de Rakt
Joost joined Kadans in 2006 where he set up the Research Department. Joost currently heads the Management & Research department and is responsible for task scheduling. Also, for the Projects Department, he coordinates the large restructuring projects within the Kadans portfolio.
As development manager, Joost is responsible for the creation of building plans, maintenance of contacts with (potential) tenants, maintaining contact with authorities on permits/permissions and drawing upproposals on the development of existing and new (land) positions.
In 2011, Joost graduated at TiasNimbas Business School in Tilburg, where he received his MRE diploma.
Before joining Kadans, Steijn worked as an investment banker at the mergers & acquisition department of NIBC. Supporting various sectors (including the Real Estate, Industrials & Manufacturing, Food Agri & Retail, and Technology Media & Services sector), he gained experience in executing (cross-border) M&A transactions, strategic positioning reports, and capitalization advisory processes in both the public and private sector.
As member of the board of directors of Kadans Steijn is responsible for the international (expansion) strategy, financial positioning & capitalization, strategic alliances, and merger & acquisitions processes.
Steijn has a Bachelor degree in business administration and a Master degree in Finance & Investments both from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University Rotterdam).
Jake van der Stel
Jake van der Stel is working for kadans as Coordinator Technical Property Management. Jake will mainly work on the Kessler Park complex in Rijswijk, acquired by Kadans in June, 2019.
Jake has completed his HBO studies in Real Estate and Brokery at the Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, after which he started with property management. He has gaines experience at various operators and investors such as Yiel Plus Netherlands, All Fixed Property Management and Renpart Group of Companies.
Marco is Head of Property Management for the knowledge-intensive property portfolio of Kadans Science Partner. In his position, he is an important link and leads the property management department of Kadans.
He leads the real estate management department of Kadans.
The real estate portfolio is managed by the property management department of Kadans. The property management department takes care of technical, facility, commercial and financial management. Marco is also responsible for formulation of department policy, which has to be in line with the strategy and real estate policy of the company.
Marco Stolwijk studied Technical Building Engineering at Avans University of Applied Sciences, after which he worked for VB&T and more recently MVGM Real Estate Management.
As Senior Ecosystem Manager, Tom Straeter is responsible for the ecosystem mangement at Kadans Science Partner.

The last few years, Tom has worked for the management organization of Utrecht Science Park and has specialized in the area of ecosystem and campus development. Tom has graduated from Utrecht University in Human Geography.

After completing her studies as a management assistant and gaining years of experience as a departmental secretary for a housing corporation, Rina joined Kadans’ management department. At Kadans, Rina serves as the first port of call for tenants at TripleO Campus. Rina’s expertise lies in communicating with both tenants and owners.
Rina believes that managing and arranging appointments between tenants and owners at different locations throughout the country is essential in providing satisfactory service to tenants across the board.
Tenants or end users must be able to focus on their core business.
Fleur Severs has graduated the study Facility Management at the Academy Diedenoort HAN in Nijmegen with the focus on accommodation.
After working for two years as consultant for Randstad and a year at Santé Partners as employee building management/service desk, she started working for Kadans.
Fleur is responsible for de daily affairs concerning property management. She is working closely with the technical managers and property mangers.
Ludo van de Veerdonk
As technical manager, Ludo is charged with a diverse range of responsibilities of a technical nature, including renovation and redevelopment work, major maintenance operations and complex malfunction reports.
Ludo is also engaged in the following activities:
– Handling defects and repairs;
– Subcontracting and supervising inspections and maintenance operations;
– Carrying out building inspections;
– Compiling multi-year maintenance schedules (renovations, exterior paintwork, replacement of the roof covering, etc.).

Estella van de Ven
Estella van de Ven joined Kadans Science Partner as a secretarial assistant for the office in Haaren. Together with colleague Liset she will take care of phone calls, reception of visitors and incoming requests, assignments and other secretarial and/or administrative
activities. Before joining Kadans, Estella worked as an assistant front- and back office/secretarial assistant for tax consultants at WVDB Advisors and Accountants in Rosmalen for 8 years. After her training to become a receptionist, Estella obtained a diploma in Middle Management at Schoevers Opleidingen in 2008.
Estella is focused on service, customer satisfaction and has great problem-solving abilities.
Rudi joined Kadans Science Partner as UK property manager. With over 35 years’ experience in the industry starting in financial services, moving on to agency then managing a mixed property portfolio across the UK for an overseas investment syndicate, Head of Property for Randstad UK and Head of Fleet & Facilities at VolkerWessels UK.

Tom Verhofstad is Facilitair Coordinator at the TU/e Campus in Eindhoven. After graduating Real Estate & Facility Management at the NHTV Breda, he used to work as Facility Coordinator at Strijp-S in Eindhoven.
Tom ensures that everything is fully taken care of facility-wise. Moreover, he secures connection and support within the ecosystem.
Linda Weinhold has started as Real Estate Employee and had completed her studies in Real Estate and Brokery at Kadans from September 2019.
Linda Weinhold studied Sports Consultancy at Cios in Sittard. After working at SportCity for 6 years, she chose in 2013 to start studying Real Estate and Brokery in Eindhoven. During her studies, she completed a semester at Griffith University in Australia and additionally worked at BHW as Assistant Financial Controller for 2,5 years. There she gained experience in redevelopment/transformation of offices to residences and property management.
Rick Wijngaard is Facility Coordinator at Kadans Science Partner and is responsible for all locations in Wageningen.
He studied Facility Management in Wageningen at the Rijn College. After graduating he worked for several years at Akoesticum, a (inter)national training center in Ede and recently he worked as inspector/counselor at VGIB, which is a consultancy- and project management firm in the field of accommodation.
Together with the other Facility Coordinators, Rick is responsible for the facility management of the Kadans Science Partner portfolio under the supervision of the Facility Manager.
Christoph is Managing Director of Kadans Science Partner Germany. He has been a commercial real estate professional for over 25 years now. Christoph worked for DO Deutsche Office AG, alstria office REIT AG and SSN Development GmbH in different roles over the past 12 years. He has great experience in the field of active Asset- and Letting Management for various asset classes.
Fabian is the leading the Asset Management of Kadans Science Partner Germany.
Fabian has over 20 years’ experience in the real estate business. In his professional career, Fabian worked in leading positions for several asset management companies such as TAG Immobilien AG, Deutsche Office AG and alstria office REIT AG and managed large commercial portfolios all over Germany.
