AMRI building is a single-tenant building located on the northern end of Todd Campus. The building was purposefully built to accommodate laboratories and offices. Recently extended, the building comprises over 3000 m2. Centered around a central courtyard, the ground floor consists of both offices and laboratories. The building has its own canteen on the first floor, in addition to further offices as well as specialist equipment. The extension of the building was added in 2017.
The single-tenant building is fully let to Albany Molecular Research, a US based biotechnical and pharmaceutical company. The AMRI Building on Todd Campus is part of the larger West of Scotland Science Park, one of the largest life sciences clusters of Scotland.
