Watson & Crick Hill has a clear vision of what a science park should be. By hosting innovative companies in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, they create a community of peers and a campus where people are at the heart of innovation. The park offers research and development companies, active in the fields of chemistry, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, a unique, stimulating and green working environment.
Located on the Louvain-la-Neuve Science Park in the municipality of Mont-Saint-Guibert, Watson & Crick Hill is part of the biggest science park in Walloon. Currently the Watson & Crick Hill Science Park consists of six buildings totaling over 28.000 m2 consisting of offices and laboratories. The 11-hectare site contains 958 parking spaces and has development potential for approximately another 25.000 m2. The buildings are currently leased to 27 companies active in the life sciences. The quiet and green area offers a unique working environment, with the buildings having been built with respect for nature and urban harmony. The park is in close cooperation with the university UCLouvain, and located just 30 kilometers from the capital Brussels.
In order to provide the best conditions for research, it is possible to fully customize your office space. For start-ups and scale-ups, already equipped spaces are available as well. Watson & Crick Hill aims to stimulate interaction, creativity, motivation and synergy between people and the companies present on their campus.
