On August 30th, the second edition of the Semiconductor Packaging University Program was kicked off on the Novio Tech Campus. During this five-month program developed by the Chip Integration Technology Centre (CITC) and HAN University of Applied Sciences, 18 students will learn about the semiconductor industry and chip packaging. The program is tailored specifically to the needs of semiconductor companies.
