The expert jury made a selection out of almost fifty nominations of Startups from all over the Netherlands.
The twelve most promising startup companies will show their product at the expo in Podium Bloos in Breda during on 19 October next. The jury has judged the startups on impact, entrepreneurship, innovation and growth opportunities.
Startup entrepreneurs provide innovation and are often busy solving contemporary problems. The Breda Startup community likes to give them a stage where they can work on brand awareness and establish new network relationships.
In 2021, The Startup Award will be presented for the 7th time to the ‘best’ startup company. The finals will take place in theatre Podium Bloos in Breda on Oct 19. On this evening a number of finalists will pitch their company live to the audience and the jury.
The Startup Award is popular nationally as well, as is shown by the many nominations from all over the country. This year, for the first time, it was also possible to participate from outside Breda.
At the end of September, the first four finalists will be announced. The fifth final spot will be determined by public voting through the website of Breda Startup.
The jury has already awarded the following Startups with the title ‘Most Promising Startup 2021’: A Perfect Jane, Clonable, Charge free room, Citysteps, HalloLex, Your Thinker, Sportwallet, Squad Mobility, The Agent Assistant, Unpluq, TipDo and You Lucky Bird.
The choice of the professional jury shows that startups are busy solving current problems and have developed their own solution for this. The startup companies deal with important topics such as sustainability, mobility, energy and health.
